Hannah Spearritt gave us the musical joy that was Don't Stop Movin'.
And we've loved her ever since those heady days of 2001.
But will she make our dreams come true and confirm an S Club 7 reunion?
When the S Club gang reunited for the first time in eight years earlier this year, many hoped it meant the beginning of a new era for the group.
Currently doing her bit for charity in the Make A Wish campaign, we caught up with Hannah for a chat about their future plans:
You're involved in the charitable Make A Wish Foundation, but what's the one thing you would wish for?
"You know when you get those moments in life...those beautiful moments where everything feels pretty incredible...
"Well sometimes I wish there was a pause button so that feeling never had to end."
You reunited with the S Club guys in May - what was it like seeing everyone again?
"It was great. That was the first time we'd seen each other in so many years. It makes you realise that everyone's so busy and time just flies by.
"It was crazy in that way because it had been so long, but it was lovely to see everybody."
Who do you think has changed the most?
"Rachel (Steven)'s life has changed the most because she has a family now. I haven't met her daughter but I've seen photos and she looks really cute. I'd love to meet her."
Will you stay in touch now that you've reunited?
"I didn't even have Rachel's number before so it has opened that door again. Everyone is so busy, and it's one of those things. You mean to meet up with so many people but there are all sorts of things that get in the way. But we will at some point because life is too short."
Would you like to settle down and have a family soon, too?
"One day yes, I'd love to create my own family and make packed lunches and things."
The S Club 7 stars met up in May
You left the limelight for a while after S Club - what did you get up to?
"I just took some down time. It was so busy with S Club so even though it was so fantastic, we didn't really have time to do anything else or see anyone else. We were always together and always away.
"So I felt the need to dedicate some time to just being Hannah and see family and people I love."
Any regrets about becoming famous so young?
"I'm not regretful because it's a waste of energy to do that. The pros outweighed the cons and it was a massive opportunity and great fun. I would never change anything, but I suppose there are things that have come from that experience that I have to deal with now. There's a small part of me that wishes I had gone to uni.
"Your life takes a turn and you can't have everything, but I did miss out on that side of life so I'm intrigued to see what it would be like to do that.
"S Club almost separated us from the normal world, which wasn't a bad thing but it hits you when you come out of it."
What advice would you pass on to other child stars?
"The most important thing is do what you love. And then you'll be comfortable and able to deal with whatever comes your way."
Do you still remember the dance moves?
"I recently heard Don't Stop Movin' at the Primeval wrap party. Everyone was so paralytic that even I was reaching for the skies. I was dancing pretty extravagantly."
And so for the burning question... do you think there's a reunion on the cards for S Club?
"I think it's really highly unlikely, eveybody's so busy. Personally, I can't see it happeneing.
"Everybody is so into what they're doing individually. By the time someone says shall we do a gig we'll probably be 60."
Excuse us while we go and have a little sob.
